Conditions for Return/Exchange
Timeframe:
A return/exchange request must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Dispatch:
Once your request is approved, dispatch the parcel within two days to the address below:

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for defective products.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
Condition of Products:
Returned products must be unused, unhampered, and in a saleable condition.
Products with tampered or missing price tags will not be accepted.
Exclusions:
Altered/Customized products are not eligible for return/exchange.
Exchange Requests:
If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us in advance so we can reserve the product or size for you.
Note: Items that fail to meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no reimbursement will be provided.
Mode of Refund
For returns, a credit note of the same value will be issued with a 6 month validity for future purchases.
Credit notes, refunds, and shipping reimbursements will be processed within 2–4 days after the product is received.
Important Note
Tampered Packages;
If your package appears tampered with on delivery, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person and immediately WhatsApp us at +91-9958858451 with your Order ID.
If you accept the package, it will be assumed that it was delivered securely.
